THE EXECUTION & BOOKING WORKFLOW
To lock fleet availability and confirm your call sheet staging, our administrative onboarding follows three simple steps:
Select the Required Agreement
Form SPC-01 (Master Picture Vehicle Rental Agreement): Mandatory primary operating contract covering standard background, dialogue, process trailer, and hero vehicle staging.
Form SPC-02 (Stunt, Precision Driving & Rigging Addendum): Required only if your scene involves dynamic pursuit tracking, wet-down skids, suction mounts, or hostess trays.
Form SPC-03 (Static Commercial, Editorial & Event Staging Agreement): Tailored specifically for stationary print advertising, high-fashion photo spreads, brand activations, and private luxury event displays.
Submit Your Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Prior to dispatch, your production office or broker must issue an official Certificate of Insurance (COI) maintaining standard policy minimums:
Mandatory Endorsement Language & Limits:
- Minimum $1,000,000 Commercial General Liability and stated-value physical damage.
- The policy certificate must explicitly name Snowstorm Picture Cars LLC as Additional Insured and Loss Payee.
Execute & Return
Download the relevant agreement(s), complete the production contact fields, execute via digital signature (or print to sign), and return the completed package alongside your COI directly to: shelton@snowstormproperties.com.
